Remodelled Two Bedroom Lakeside Efficiency: Featuring large double pane windows with e-glass, and a sliding glass door, opening up to a 200 sq. ft. deck, all facing the marina and beautiful Wellers Bay beyond. Well insulated. Open concept living/dining room/kitchen, USB ports, a cathedral ceiling in the dining area, and a futon in the living area. Private bedrooms with a new Queen size bed in each. A heated, four piece bathroom with a chair height toilet, a hair dryer, and a large hot water heater. Well equipped kitchen with cutlery, dishes, glasses, mugs, pots, pans, fridge, stove, microwave, toaster and coffee maker. Wainscoting and central heating/air conditioning. Fees are for 4 occupants, each extra occupant $15/night, to a maximum of 6 occupants.

 

We are open in Winter, but with no running water, reservations required.

 

Rental Deposit, Terms and Conditions

 

One nights refundable deposit for full week bookings and 50% refundable deposit for nightly rentals is required to confirm your reservation. A credit card is required for reservation deposit. We accept Visa or Mastercard. Accounts to be paid in full on arrival. We accept Cash, Debit, Visa or Mastercard for the balance. Cancellation at least one week prior to arrival date, a full refund will be applied. A cancellation within one week of reservation one night will be charged to the credit card provided. Cancellation within 24 hours, or noshow balance owing will be charged to credit card provided. No refund for late arrival/early departure.

Designated Quiet Time: 11pm – 8am.

This is to respect other guests and to maintain a pleasant atmosphere. We reserve the right to request guests seek alternate accommodation without refund, if policy is not respected. All cottages are NonSmoking

NO FIREWORKS PERMITTED

Checkin:
Anytime after 3pm (please do not arrive early, we need the time to prepare the cottages)

Checkout:
11 am. Please leave cottages tidy. (Dishes washed and put away, floors swept, surfaces wiped, garbage put out, recycle sorted and put in the bins by the boat launch.
